Cancellation Policy: *$50 cancellation fee *Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50) *Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). This is their home and we are the visitors. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild. Also, some of our wells take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. We do have water systems on any cabins that have these issues, but keep in mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it and often times a slight sulfur smell and often times has a brown color. *Well Water: Most of our cabins are on well water.

Rock Top Sports World, Zip-line, Ripley's Aquarium, restaurants, groceries and many more attractions are all up the road in Gatlinburg. Just minutes from all the area attractions. Located approximately 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. The loft has a king size bed and a half bath. A separate laundry facility is available for your use just across the driveway.
